AI in Norwegian development organisations
An independent study of how NGOs use AI, and what it means for their staff and partners
Globally, three in four development workers now use AI daily or weekly, but fewer than one in ten work in organisations where it is widely integrated. We know little about what is happening in Norway. This study aims to find out.
I would like to speak with leaders and staff in Norwegian development NGOs, in any role. You do not need to be an AI user to take part.
Interviews take about 30-60 minutes, online and in English. Nothing you say will be attributed to you or your organisation. The findings will be published openly in spring 2027.
Run by Sarah Osman, behavioural scientist and founder of Osman Advisory Services, with more than 20 years of experience in global development.
